Features: Check valve is used in stainless steel pipe system to prevent reverse flow.

Interchangeable seats (between materials and valves), Vertical plug lift pattern, Manual safety clamped body, Two-Way and Clean Steam valves.

Specification: 1/2" - 4" (DN15-DN100), Larger sizes are available as per customer requests.

Materials: Sanitary corrosion resistance stainless steel, AISI304, AISI316L (SUS304, SUS316L and EN1.4301, EN1.4404)

Seal: RTV (Silicone rubber), EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer), Viton/FPD (fluorine-rubber), PTFE + EPDM (for double layer diaphragm)

Seal service temp: RTV (-50 ~ 200 deg. C), EPDM (-50 ~ 140 deg. C), Viton (-40 ~ 200 deg. C)

Standards: DIN, SMS, ISO, IDF, RJT

Working principle:

1) The valve opens when the pressure below the valve plug exceeds the pressure above the plug plus spring force.

2) The valve close when pressure equalization has been achieved

3) A higher counter pressure will press the valve plug against the seat and makes the valve closed.

Polishing: Mirror polish, Sub-light (Semi-polish), Tumble, Pickling, Passivation.

Packing: Shrink wrapped - Carton - Plywood case
